What Does The Membership Entail?
- 10 hours of "office work" per month by one of our Consultants to use any way you want
- Offers a bonus 2 hour/month strategy session
- Includes access to our quarterly webinars for home care agencies and health care business growth and continuing education for success (webinars include marketing strategies,caregiver training, handling complaints, lawsuit proofing your company etc)
How Does The Membership Work?
This is a monthly membership with no contract commitment, stop and start as you want
Each month your hours are renewed
Let us do your "office work" which can include anything from assistance with caregiver recruitment, training and retention programs policy development or revision, marketing efforts and initiatives, pre-survey inspections, mock auditing, revamping operational processes, innovative strategies, patient service pricing and service lists, handling complaints and surveys, plan of corrections, dealing with or negotiating contracts, expert advice, adding a line of business. Membership slots are limited and are on a first come first serve, and rolling membership basis - Save Your Spot!
Membership Policy- Each member will receive a welcome package via email within 1 business day after payment is received. All services are provided either online, in person or via phone, or video. Memberships are non- transferable. Memberships are on a rolling admission basis and members can be enrolled at any time during the month. Each members monthly period will begin and end on the same date enrolled. Please note only the 10 hours of "office work" can be rolled over for no more than 1 month. All other services in the membership reset each month whether it is used or not. If you are unable to attend the monthly webinar a replay will be sent to you at no cost and will be accessible for 1 month.
Payment Policy- Upon payment each member will receive a confirmation email confirming your transaction via PayPal. There are no refunds for services however we do strive in satisfying our member's needs. If you chose a payment plan please note that we have the right to cease your membership and services until past balance is received. If total balance is not received by the start of the next cycle we have the right to completely terminate your membership.
